Our founder, Brian Pollyn, spent many years working as a project manager. For every project, he would spend countless hours calling different rental houses to find equipment, and there was no easy way to know if he was getting the best price. After all of this effort, many times, the equipment wasn’t reliable leading to project delays. As he talked to many contractors, he discovered that he was not alone in his frustrations, so he set out to create a platform that would provide convenience and transparency in the way construction equipment is rented.
